The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services mourn with the Perry family on the death of Mr. Harvey L. Perry, formerly of Dover, who passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at Beth Israel Hospital in Newark, NJ.

Services will be on Saturday, September 28, 2019, at 1:00 PM at St. John COC-DOC Church in Dover. Burial will take place in the Hickory Grove Cemetery. A public visitation will be held on Friday , September 27, 2019, from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.
