With heavy hearts, we the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Herring Family, announce the transition of 67-year-old Mr. Alexander Herring, Jr. of 284 Middle School Road, Snow Hill on Sunday December 31, 2023.
Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery.
