Audrey Nell Yates

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Yates Family, announce the transition of 72-year-old Mrs. Audrey Nell S. Yates of Kinston, NC.

Graveside Service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, August 12, 2026 from Pinelawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 4 to 6 pm from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel. There will be no viewing but family will receive friends.

Mrs. Yates is survived by two daughters, Monica Yates of Charlotte, NC and Rosalyn Yates of Raleigh, one sister, Linda Deaver of Fayetteville and one grandchild.
