With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Kornegay Family, announce the transition of 82-year-old Miss Carolyn Kornegay of Kinston, on Monday, October 27, 2025, at ECU Medical Center in Greenville.
Service will be held 12:30 Saturday, November 8, 2025 from the United American Free Will Baptist Tabernacle, burial will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel from 4 to 6 pm.
