With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Perry Family, announce the transition of 76-year-old Mrs. Carolyn Perry of Kinston on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at her home.

Service will be held 11:00 am Monday, August 17, 2026 from the Greater Victory Apostolic Church- 5740 Highway 258 S. Snow Hill, NC, burial will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Carolyn Perry is survived by two sons, Alonza Perry and Antonio Perry of Kinston; one daughter, Yvette Tune of Kinston; two brothers, James Bruton and Kenneth Thompson of Kinston; two sisters, Mary Thompson of Durham and Ruby Bruton of Raleigh; and a host of grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
