With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Boney Family announce the transition of 86-year-old Mrs. Carrie Boney of 301 Summit Ave, Kinston on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at the home of her daughter-1783 Dunn Family Road, Kinston.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 11:00 am from the Greater Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, with burial will follow in the Ward Cemetery in Trenton. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 4 to 6 p.m. from the chapel.
Mrs. Carrie is survived by two sons-John Boney of Kinston and Micheal Boney of Maryland, two daughters-Christine Boney of Kinston and Patricia Nemard of Maryland, two sisters-Daisy W. Payton of Trenton and Evangeline W. Outlaw of Kinston, twelve grandchildren, eight great-grands and ten great, great-grandchildren
The family is receiving family and friends at the home of her son, Mr. John Boney-2603 David Ave., Kinston, NC.
