Cartrenna "Cookie" R. Aytch Handley

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Aytch- Handley Family, announce the transition of 64-year-old Mrs. Cartrenna "Cookie" Aytch Handley of 3337 Danfield Drive, Kinston, NC, on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at ECU Hospice Center in Greenville, NC.

Service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, March 28, 2028, from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.  Visitation will be held on Friday, March 27, 2026 from the chapel from 4 to 6 pm.  

"COOKIE" is survived by one daughter, Aranda Whitfield of the home, one son, Darian Whitfield of Kinston, four grandchildren a host of other relatives and friends.
