Clyde Cox

Clyde Cox, 92, of 11201 Dorcas Terrace, died Sunday, March 29, 2015, at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 3, at St. John FWB Church. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park. Survivors include daughters, Dr. Virginia Cox-Daughtery and Eldress Joetta Cox, both of Kinston; sons, Harold Cox of Washington, D.C., Darold Cox of New York, Valton Cox and Bertram Cox, of Kinston; sister Arthenia Starks, of New York; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday with Masonic Rites at 6:30 p.m. at Swinson Funeral Service.
