With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Hawkins Family announce the transition of 70 year old Mr. Clyde Antonio Hawkins of 616 Fitzgerald Drive, Kinston, on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

A memorial service during morning worship service at 10:30 am Sunday, March 15, 2026, from the Present Truth Ministries Church- 1511 MLK Blvd. Kinston.

Mr. Hawkins is survived by his wife, Cassandra Cogdell Hawkins of the home, two sons, Cyle Hawkins, Clyde Hawkins of Virginia, two brothers, Lionel Hawkins, Don Hawkins of Virginia, two sisters, Claudette Minnicks, Tania Abayomi of Virginia and seven grandchildren.
