With heavy and sorrowful hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, announce the transition of 49-year-old Mr. Colin Ellis Sutton of Virginia Beach, VA, formerly of Kinston, NC, on November 14, 2024, at Sentara General Hospital, Virginia Beach, VA.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the Grove Park Christian Church. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.
Mr. Sutton is survived by his parents- Donald R. Sutton and LaVonda J. Sutton of Virginia, two brothers-Jonathan Sutton of Hawaii, Phillip Sutton of Fayetteville, NC one sister Daisy Webb of Georgia and a host of other relatives and friends.
