Curley "RABBIT" Bryant

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funerals Services along with the Bryant Family announce the Transition of 90-year-old Elder Curley Bryant of 1210 Brentwood Drive, Kinston on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at his home.

Service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, 23, 2026, from Grainger Chapel Church of Christ, burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 4 to 6 pm at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Elder Bryant is survived by six daughters, Dollie Deloris Joyner, Shirley Ann Buchanan, Jennifer Yvonne Battle, Darvetta Kaye Bryant, Jacqueline Celestine Davis all of Kinston, Rozena Williams of Jacksonville, NC, three sons, Michael Cobb of Kinston, Carter Eugene Williams of Jacksonville, NC, and Carry Grant Williams of Port Charlotte, Fla, twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
