David Cannon

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Cannon Family, announce the transition of 69-year-old Mr. David Cannon of Kinston, on Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Service will be held at 12 noon Saturday, January 10, 2026, from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 4 to 6 pm at the chapel.

Mr. Cannon is survived by one brother, Robert Cannon of Greenville, two sisters, Linda Bradley of Kinston and Lottie Finn of Texas, and a host of other relatives and friends.
