With sorrowful hearts, The Staff & Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services wish to extend our deepest and heartfelt sympathy in the passing of Mrs. Donnita Patterson, 42 years old, who transitioned to her heavenly home on Friday, February 17, 2017.

Funeral services will take place 1 pm Saturday, February 25, 2017 at the St. John FWB Church. Burial will follow in Oak Hill  Cemetery. Visitation will take place Friday, February 24, 2017  from 4-7 pm at the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.

​Survivors include: her father, Jerry Lawson of Kinston; her  son, Jaylin Dove of Kinston;  her daughter, Elyciah Turnage of Kinston; her brother Michael Dove of Kinston, and a host of other family members and friends.

The Patterson Family appreciates all acts of kindness being shown to them during this of bereavement.
