Evelyn Powell

The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services mourn with the Powell family on the transition of Ms. Evelyn Powell, of 1813 N. Heritage St., who passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020, peacefully at home.

Services will be on Monday, April 27, 2020, at 2:30 PM at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel. Burial will take place in the Southview Cemetery following the funeral service. A public visitation will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2020 from 5:00 PM-6:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Due to social distancing for the COVID-19 pandemic, a public floating visitation will be limited to 10 at a time and funeral services will be limited to 50 people, which is consistent with the current recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
