With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Thompson Family announce the transition of Ms. Florina Thompson on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in Durham, NC.  Service will be held Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 11:00 am from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in the State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro.  Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at the chapel from 4 to 6 pm.

A part of Ms. Thompson's funeral service will not be permitted to be recorded or aired. Her service will begin after this part6.
