With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, announce the transition of 78-year-old Mr. Franklin J. Bare, who transitioned on September 3, 2024.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at the Caswell Center Chapel. Burial will follow in the Caswell Center Cemetery.
