The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services mourn with the Pitt family on the transition of Ms. Gloria Jean Pitt, affectionately known as "Jean" and formerly of Kinston, who passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at home in Durham.
Triumphant Homegoing Service will be on Saturday, April 4, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Greater St. Peter Church Ministries. Burial will take place in the Southview Cemetery following the funeral service. A public visitation will be held on Friday, April 3, 2020, from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel..
