With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Service, along with the Harris Family, announce the transition of 89-year-old Mrs. Greta Harris of 3502 Crestwood Dr., Kinston, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Harmony Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kinston.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel at 11:00am.
