Herman "Duke" Dillard,III

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Dillard Family announce the transition of 57 year old Mr. Herman Dillard of 511 N. Queen Street, Kinston, on Sunday November 6,2022 at Harmony Hall.  Service will be held 12 noon Friday, November 11, 2022 from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 4 to 6pm from the Chapel.  Mr. Dillard is survived by one son-Anthony Preston of Washington, DC, two daughters-Melissa Collins of Maryland and Shania Stevenson of Kinston, his mother-Francies Dillard of Kinston, one grandchild a host of other relatives and friends.
