With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Gooding Family, announced the transition of Mr. Jimmie Gooding, 67, of 2150 Hull Road, Kinston, NC, on Saturday, July 9, 2022.
Homegoing Service will be held at 12 noon Sunday, July 17, 2022, from Herring Grove Free Will Baptist Church, burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 pm on Saturday, July 16, 2022, from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel. Mr. Gooding is survived by one brother-Vincent S. Gooding (Michelle) and, four sisters-Cassandra Williams (Billy), Tommie A. McCollum, Janice E. Myers, and Pattie R. King.
