Services will be on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Sand Hill FWB Church. Burial will take place October 1, 2018 in the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery. A public visitation will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.
