With Heavy hearts, we, the staff and management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Davis & Hill Family, announce the transition of 75-year-old Ms. Julia Hill of St. Albans, New York, who passed on August 26, 2023.
A Celebration of Life will be held 12-noon Saturday, September 9, 2023, from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in the Davis Family Cemetery. A public viewing from the Robert Swinson Memorial Chapel will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, September 8, 2023.
