With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Brown and Rouse Families announce the transition of Mrs. Lucy Fay Brown Rouse of 1504 George Ave, Kinston, on Thursday, July 8, 2022, at her home.
Services will be held at 1, pm Thursday, July 14th, 2022 at R. Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour before funeral time.
