With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Ward Family announce the transition of 49 year old Mr. Marcel Lynwood Ward of 3970 NC 111 N Albertson, NC on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
Service will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, February 15, 2026 from New Salem Free Will Baptist Church in Pink Hill, NC.
Mr. Ward is survived by his father, Lynwood Armwood of Philadelphia, Pa., his daughter, Faith Ward of Raleigh, Three brothers, Travis Ward of Pink Hill,Keith McKiver of Albertson and Ontario Martin of Goldsboro, N.C. and a host of other relatives and friends.
