Marion Lee Hutchins, Jr.

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Hutchins Family announce the transition of 74-year-old Mr. Marion L. Hutchins, Jr., of La Grange, NC, on Monday July 7, 202 at the NC Veterans Homes in Kinston.

Service will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 12 noon from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel, burial will follow in the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC.  Visitation will be held on Sunday July 13, 2025, from 5 to 6 pm from the chapel.

Mr. Hutchins is survived by his wife, Wilma Hutchins of the home, three sons, Tony T. O'Neal of Kinston, Kevin Hutchins and Brandon Hutchins of Maryland, two brothers, Felix Hutchins and Jerome Hutchins of LaGrange, one sister, Mirian Sanders of LaGrange, six grands and a host of other relatives and friends.
