With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Dove Family, announce the transition of 77-year-old Mr. Melvin L. Dove of 1459 Patterson Road, Kinston, on Sunday, July 30, at Harmony Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kinston.

A Homegoing Celebration from the Church of Faith and Deliverance will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, August 8, 2023. Burial will follow the service at Pinelawn Memorial Park. A public visitation will be held from 4 to 6 pm Monday, August 7, 2023, from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel.
