With heavy hearts. we. the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Arnold Family announce the transition of 71 year old Mrs. Minnie Arnold of Kinston on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at UNC Chapel Hill.

Services will be held 1:00 pm Friday, August 21, 2026 from Jericho AME Zion Church.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 from 4 to 6 pm from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Mrs. Arnold is survived by her husband, Theavon Arnold, Sr. of the home, two sons, Andre Arnold of Winterville, Theavon Arnold, Jr. of Kinston, one daughter, Toshiba Arnold of Kinston, two brothers, Bobby Wooten of Kinston, Theodore Wooten, Jr. of Wake Forest, one sister, Edna Jarrett of California, nine grandchildren one great grand and a host of other relatives and friends.
