With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Randolph Family announce the transition of 98-year-old Ms. Pheobie Randolph of 3452 Burney Town Road on Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Greendale Forest Nursing Rehabilitation Center.
Service will be held 2:00pm , on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel burial to follow in the Southview Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 from 4 to 6pm from the chapel.
