Remus Stanley, III

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Stanley Family announce the transition of Mr. Remus Stanley, III of 122 Remus IV-Keaira Drive, Kinston, on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at his home.

A memorial service will be held 1:00pm Saturday, August 30, 2025 from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel. There will be no visitation.

Mr. Stanley is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Remus Stanley, Jr.

Mr. Stanley is survived by one son, Remus Stanley, IV of Denver, Colorado, two daughters, Keaira Rogers of Jacksonville, Fl. and Makayla Stanley of Richmond, Va., his mother, Mary Stanley of Kinston, two sisters, Michelle Blount of Farmville, NC and Tuqelia Stanley of Kinston four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
