Ronnie Kilpatrick

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Kilpatrick Family, announce the transition of 76-year-old Mr. Ronnie Kilpatrick of 1505 Lawrence Lane, Kinston, on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at ECU Hospice Care in Greenville, NC.

The service will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 12 noon at Savannah Free Will Baptist Church, and burial will follow in Mills Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 pm on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Mr. Kilpatrick is survived by his wife, Inez L. Kilpatrick, of the home, two sons, Dwain Kilpatrick of La Grange, Marvelle Kilpatrick of Kinston, one daughter, Sabrina Kilpatrick of Raleigh, five brothers, Armond Washington of Boston, William Washington of Grifton, Herbert Kilpatrick of Goldsboro, Douglas Kilpatrick of Maryland, Charles Kilpatrick of Kinston, four sisters, Alice Williams of Washington, DC, Mary Koonce, Paula Barnes of Kinston, Cora Holmes of La Grange, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
