With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Service, along with the Best family, announce the transition of 94-year-old Rouvine Miller Best, who was taken to glory on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Vidant Medical Center.
Graveside Services will be on Friday, September 24, 2021, at 1:00 PM at North East Cemetery in Ayden. A public visitation will be held one (1) hour before the service.
Let us keep the Best Family in our thoughts & prayers during this difficult time of bereavement.
