With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Service, along with the Lofton family, announce the transition of 58-year-old Rufus Lofton better known as "Buck" of 811 Greenmead Dr., who was taken to glory on October 25, 2021, at Duke University Hospital.

Services will be on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 1:00 PM at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel. Burial will take place in the Pinelawn Memorial Park following the funeral service. A public visitation will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.
