With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Service, along with the Chapman and Moore families, announce the transition of 65-year-old Sheila Moore Chapman of Upper Marlboro, MD, who was taken to glory on October 30, 2021.

Graveside Services will be on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Oakhill Memorial Park.
