With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Johnson family, announce the transition of 85-year-old Shirley Jean Johnson of 1309 N. Queen Street, Kinston, on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at East Carolina Wellness and Rehab. Center.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Southview Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, June 19, 2026, from 4 to 6 pm at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.
