Sylvia Rouvine Grady

With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services along with the Grady Family announce the transition of 72-year-old Ms. Sylvia R. Grady of 1104 W. Washington Ave., Kinston, on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at UNC Lenoir Health Care.

Family visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 12 noon.  Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery.

Ms. Grady is survived by two sons-Shawn Moore and Lavar Moore both of Kinston, two daughters-Sophia Moore of Kinston and Michelle Guillory of Las Vagas. five brothers-John Grady of LaGrange, Waldo Grady of Ayden, Anthony Grady, Willard Grady and Kenneth Grady of Kinston, four sisters-Murriel Williams, Ruthie Grady, Wanda Smith of Kinston and Melinda Melton of Virginia, eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
