Services will be on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 12:00 PM at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel. Burial will take place in Eastern Carolina Cemetery at 2:00 PM. A public visitation will be held on Monday, September 6, 2021, from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.
