With heavy hearts, we, the Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, along with the Ward Family, announce the transition of 45-year-old Mr. Tyrome Farrell Ward of Fayetteville, NC, on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Valley Hospice House.

Service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, August 20, 2026, from Victory Dominion Outreach Center in Snow Hill. Burial will follow in the State Veterans Cemetery in Goldsboro, NC . Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m. from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

 Mr. Ward is survived by his parents, Rosalind Brown of Kinston and Clifton Fields of Fayetteville, one sister, Shalaya Fields of Fayetteville a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
