With heavy hearts, the staff and management of R. Swinson Funeral Services and the Best and extended families announce the transition of 69-year-old Walter Best, who transitioned on December 23, 2023, at East Carolina Rehab and Wellness-Greenville, NC.
A celebration of life will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2023, from the Robert Swinson Jr. Memorial Chapel. The visitation will be held one-hour prior to the funeral service.
