The Staff & Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services, Inc. joins in sorrow with the family of Mr. Willex Brown, Jr., 60 years old, who passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016 from the Hospice of Chesapeake in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Arrangements are Tuesday July 12, 2016 @ 10:00 am from Garden Memorial Presbyterian Church 1720 Minnesota Ave. S.E. Washington, D.C. 20020

Graveside services will be held July 18, 2016 @ 11am in Kinston, NC at Southview Cemetery on Asphalt Road. A public visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.

Mr. Brown is survived by two sons, Wiilex Brown, III and Antonio Ross, Sr. a lifelong friend, Tonia Brown; five grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
