The Staff & Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services and the Parker family regretfully announces the transition of William Alfred Parker, Jr., of 11100 Cedarwood Drive  Rockville, Md., who passed away at his home in Rockville, MD. on Saturday, November 28, 2020.

Graveside Service will be on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at NOON at Southview Cemetery, Old Asphalt Rd, Kinston, NC 28504.

Obituary

William Alfred Parker, Jr., was the son of the late Neta Jones and William Alfred Parker, Sr. He was a native Kinstonian  and a graduate of Adkin High School, Class of 1968.

He leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life three children: Taverick  and Arva  Parker both of Maryland and Shawntel  Mosley  of California. Also grieving his loss are his two sisters, Alfreda Parker and Renata Michelle Fields; three brothers: Maurice VanBuren, Kevin Theron, and Jeffery Jerome “JJ” Parker; 7 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, an uncle, a great aunt, and cousins.
