The Staff and Management of R. Swinson Funeral Services and Caswell Developmental Center mourns with the family on the death of Mr. William James Powers,  who passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Caswell Developmental Center.

Services will be on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Caswell Developmental Center Chapel. Burial will take place in the Caswell Developmental Center Cemetery.
