The Staff of R. Swinson Funeral Services has been chosen by the family of Mr. Willie Earl Chapman to serve them during this time of transition. Mr. Chapman passed from labor to reward on Saturday, March 30, 2019 in Upper Marlboro , Maryland.

Services will be on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Grainger Chapel DOC. Burial will take place in the Oak Hill Memorial Park. A public visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM from the Robert Swinson, Jr. Memorial Chapel.
